Climbing Jobs with Mojave Guides

We are always interested in talking to good people who want to join our team. We value loyalty to our company, dependability, commitment to our full season, and a strong work ethic, above most else. Good communication skills and proactive problem solving will also score you points. We’re looking for AMGA certified instructors with a desire to continually improve themselves. The best candidates are fun to hang out with, are enthusiastic educators, and accept feedback readily. Unfortunately, the guiding world is heavily male dominate. Candidates who identify as female or non-binary are highly encouraged to apply. Applicants who do not hold AMGA certification, but share our values and possess our desired attributes, are encouraged to apply for our internship program.
